Ms. Deepika Agrawal is an Independent Director of the Company. She is a Commerce Graduate, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. 

She has completed certificate courses in Information Systems Audit, Concurrent Audit of Banks, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection, and Indirect Taxation. She possesses extensive expertise across various aspects of business and financial management, ranging from start-up advisory and corporate structuring to financial management, taxation, compliance, and company closures. 

She has more than 15 years of diverse professional experience in the fields of Statutory Audit, Taxation, Information Systems Audit, Bank Audits, Corporate and Regulatory Compliance, and related advisory services. She is proficient in corporate and individual tax computations, corporate organization and restructuring, surplus distribution, financial and regulatory matters, and other areas of corporate advisory.
